Sure you could.
But you'd need one "stative adverb" to replace
each "stative verb", wouldn't you?
And then, what about modal and auxiliary verbs?
How would you say:
"Yesterday, I was able to post a message on the
conlang list, but I didn't."
? And what of dynamic verbs?
