OooOoooh! After a fair amount of head-scratching, I took it to mean, "He sewed beads onto a bunny (hopefully deceased) with a knife." (taxidermy gone horribly, terribly wrong), which, to my mind, really is a little sick in the head. By comparison, making a bunny and a knife out of beads would be rather normal.
