Interesting! I also found it curious that
colloquial Spanish is starting to do the same
thing, especially in the plural it seems: niñas,
niños, niñes.
Kerno solved the problem by promoting 'ce'/
'ces', an indefinite particle to full article
status: il methycks, la methycca, ce methyces.
