Honestly, with the dot.com bust and all, quality free
web space providers have been reduced to few to none.

You could always make a Yahoo group. You'd get a lot
more storage space than any free space provider will
give you, and... well, that's about the only plus I
can think of. :)

If your website is good enough, you could maybe
convince someone out there running a server to host
it. That's the best I can do. :)
