Well, it seems you already had largely enough replies to make up your mind, but
still I'll enjoy this post to repeat my offer. If you are still interested, you
can always use it (although since you live in France you can create yourself an
account at Free ;)) ).
So as I already proposed, and many people are already enjoying it, I have an
account at Free. Now the nice thing is that Free allows its members to create
as many secondary accounts as they want, each with 100Mb webspace (and it
really works and they're no catch. I've been on Free since the 6th of June 2000
and there has never been a problem) and an e-mail address. Now this is
available only for people who have an address in France (luckily I still have
family there ;))) ). So what I do is offer a secondary account to anyone who
wants it. I create and activate it, and people only need to upload their
webpage with their favourite FTP client. No trick, no tax, I just do it because
I think that getting webspace should be free for everyone. It costs me nothing
more than five minutes to create the account, so don't be shy and ask! You can
ask all the people who already used this proposal, they didn't regret it ;)) .
Christophe.
