As long as you highlight both columns before you alphabetise, they should
both (or all, if more than two) be sorted according to the leftmost column.
So it's just a matter of dragging the columns around to get what you want
on the left side. And the definitions will still match.

Shouldn't be a problem. Rhean is 2500-plus entries and three columns, and I
have no problems dragging columns or realphabetising whenever I add new
words.
