No natlangs I know of, but I do remember reading about a conlang that used
colored letters.  It was ages ago, so I don't remember the name or where I read
it from.

BTW, in Ramyo, for reasons I do not remember, every letter had an associated
color.  This was before the most recent alphabet reform though, so I do not know
whether it still holds true.
