Maybe that is because Middelsprake grammar is simpler and more regular than
German or Dutch (or any GermLang, apart from creoles and pidgins, maybe).
Like in Scandinavian, verbs have no different singular or plural. Word order is
about the same as in English, unlike the difficulties of German and Dutch.

Interlingua is the main example of MS: a naturalistic, beautiful conlang, close
to its source languages and readily understood by speakers of these.
