LOL! I have "dragon", "mouse", "cat" (also "tomcat" and "kitten"), "dog", "horse", "fish", "hedgehog" (from an essay about food; they're regarded as a delicacy), "butterfly", "bug", "cockroach" (these last two were the result of a translation exercise that I never finished) and any number of birds, but no elephants or hamsters either. Perhaps because very few Valdyans have ever seen an elephant, and the only hamsters they see are wild ones that are so shy that they can easily pass for mice :-) Irina Varsinen an laynynay, saraz no arlet rastinay. irina@rempt.xs4all.nl (myself) http://www.xs4all.nl/~bsarempt/irina/index.html (English) http://www.xs4all.nl/~bsarempt/irina/backpage.html (Nederlands)
