Run Charmap (Character Map in the Accessories or System Tools? group if
you're in Windows). I don't know for certain, but perhaps Ux0004 and
Ux0006 are Page Up and Page Down (they're certainly control codes). I
wouldn't bother with anything below 127, they'll all be either control
codes or stuff on your keyboard.
(Before someone complains, Windows uses WinLatin-1, so everything above
127 is a character, even the ones that should be control chars.)
