Rubbish.
As a native speaker of English who has worked (briefly) as a copy editor,
I have no hesitation in saying that your English prose is indistinguishable
from that of natives, except for the very occasional unidiomatic usage
that would be instantly fixed by any competent editor.
As for publishing books by foreigners, American publishers don't give two
hoots where you come from, as long as they can contact you by mail.
