That's "used to learn" - they've changed the school system four times
in ten years and nowadays all they learn is a smattering of everything,
unless they take the right "profile", I think "Cultuur en
Maatschappij". And even that doesn't have real language lessons any
more, as fas as I know.
Grr. Sorry for ranting.
I have three intelligent daughters, the first of whom will go to high
school in three and a half years. I'm *worried*. I hope they change the
school system again before that; the way it is now it can only be a
change for the better.
