I doubt it. After all he clearly used the Greek form for her husband's name - Zakharias - and for her son, Io:anne:s (John). The Hebrew form of the name is transliterated as Zechariah in the King James version of Old Testament (but keeping the Greek form in the NT!). Presumably the Aramaic would've been close to the Hebrew. I forget, off hand, the Hebrew/Aramaic form of John.
