*nods* I think I saw it in Afrikaans, once, but it's quite possible
that Dutch doesn't use it.

I'd say yes.
In speech, of course, it'd become something like "this is where
they're gonna hafta die". Making the words shorter, which also makes
it easier to add more than one auxiliar.
"You're going to have to tell me more before I can help you", for
example, also sounds perfectly fine - "going to have to <INF>" is a
normal construction, I'd say.
