TECH: Official languages of the list

Hello,
I've read that as well as English, (IIRC) Swedish and Dutch are also
official languages of this mailing list. We all are discussing in
English because it's the modern world's Lingua Franca, sometimes giving
an example in our natlangs if it is not Enlgish or other langs we've
studied or know. So why are there other "official languages" on this
list? Which are the other ones?
