I remember browsing the Teach Yourself Sanskrit at a bookstore. It
made it look impossible to learn due to the book's verbosity.

Swedish also looks nice, it seems to have unexpected pronounciations
for some of the letters, which adds spice to an orthography, although
that fact doesn't count for English because I see it every day. :P

Anyway, I'm not currently looking for a language to learn, I don't
have much time for that, or actually revising my conlang. I'll find
some time soon; school holidays have begun over here...
