Yes. I'm sorry I forgot to mention that; while I might keep _f_ ([F]? looks like phi) as an allophone of /h/ after /u-/ (I think that's where it occurs? but I only know the basic hiragana/katakana...), I really love labiodentals and wanted phi to change to [f] and acquire the voiced [v] out of German influences.
