It's a rhetorical device.  In common sayings the copula is omitted.  The
same happens in Welsh.  I felt safe doing that here as in the original
quote _am_ was bracketed.

I think the first line should be changed to:

Ech!  Eo di fasiwn llo sur thifebl,

See! I from the dwelling of the fearful sisters, ...

I'm sorry, but sorority with the meaning of (universal) fellowship of
women does not work for me.  Sorority suggests to me an American
single-sex female college house with an old-girl network.  That seems
its most common use and it is a context that I don't think is found in
other English-speaking countries like NZ. (hmm, 'I from the college
babes of hell...' :)  Liberty, Equality, Sorority sounds slightly odd to
me.  No misogyny intended.
