If someone has a family name at all, it's because they're noble, and
the house-name comes last:
Arnei Arin astin Hayan
matronymic name "house" house-name
that is, "Arni's son Arin of the house Hayan".
Otherwise, it's just Arnei Arin "Arni's son Arin".
