It probably was out of print shortly after publicaton, after all 2-3000 copies had been sold to interested libraries and scholars. Used dealers or interlibrary loan are about the only recourse, unless some industrious soul has webified it. Sometimes Univ. Presses discover a box or two of old items and put them on sale, but that's sheer luck. An inquiry to the publisher might strike gold.
