kasano allows /br/, but it doesn't occur in any native words, but it
dislikes Cr clusters in adjacent syllables, but nC clusters in adjacent
syllables are allowed. the vowel inserted to break up an illegal cluster
depends on what the first consonant is.
the only clusters allowed are:
/n/ + any consonant except /r/
any stop + /r/
