Are clusters allowed only in certain places?
Talarian allows cr-, çr-, ffl-, ffr-, pr-, tl-,
xl- (xr- ?) and tr-; sp- st-. Undoubtedly because
L and R are seen as somewhat vocalic. I'm not
sure what allows pr- but not pl-.
