. Ive seen another Ladino proverb, i don't remember exactly how it went, but "tree" was _arbole'_. Maybe different dialects? Also i noticed in someone else's response the word "Dios"....i've seen it twice in Ladino, one of which was a Bible translation in Hebrew characters, and both times it was "Dio", without the "s". -Stephen (Steg) "Eze-guvdhab wa'hrikh-a tze, / "zhoutzii wa'esh," i eze-mwe." ___________________________________________________________________ Why pay more to get Web access?
