Is there a reason you quoted over a hundred lines of text merely to
say "I disagree."? With what were you disagreeing? Were you
disagreeing about what the general rules of the relays are? Were you
disagreeing about what I think is and is not a "smooth English"
translation?

In a word: Everybody should have been done with it two months ago.
It's been delayed so long that one might as well simply throw three
handfuls of soil on it and call it a day. Anyway, why force people
to wait an unknown (and given the fact that there's been two months
of utterly no activity, possibly endless) time to play in a new relay
or make them tack themselves onto "group five", which would lengthen
the already monumentally-delayed process further?
