Hedgehogs, birds, frogs, turtles, snakes, ducks, and various insect larvae have other opinions, of course. A quick google turns up "I'd rather eat slugs" as a common expression of revulsion, and *one* instance of someone claiming to eat slugs while on a survival mission!
