YEAFPT- Yet another French pronunciation thread

I've decided to borrow the French verb _choquer_ into
Carrajena, but I'm not sure of the pronunciation in
the 13th century when the borrowing would have
occurred. Had "ch" gone to /S/ yet or was it still
/tS/ or might it have been in some intermediate stage.
Oh, and most of the French spoken in Carraxan lands
would be Norman, though I'm sure other dialects would
be represented, and Provincal could even have an
influence, if it made for a more interesting filan
form.
