Sounds to me like your computer crashed :-)
Then again, can't be - that would have been
"really devastating" :-)
Seriously, though, creativity is such a good way
to release these things, isn't it? A good few of
my writings, be they music, prose or poetry, were
inspired by some kind of personal tragedy. Even
more so the many fragments that have never made
it into a finished work.
