Why not Latin/Pixie? ;)  Try Latin/Basque or Latin/Berber.

Ah, but they weren't lost, and they weren't soldiers. The "Book of a
Myriad Things" of the Sian Empire records for the second century of

historiographer, anyway.

Seriously, there was something about this on one of the history NGs a
while back. I think they were captured by the Persians and sent off
into the East where they wouldn't be any trouble.
