Welsh, eh? No, David, I think that "Hello Corey," a middle-school
student who popped in asking for data for his/her report is younger
than you by at least two years. But this person did not admit to making
a language, and already at sixteen you have far exceeded me and my one
conlang when I was your age. Keep it up. How did/do I decide on my
morphemes? By what sounded good to me. I don't have a computer program
to ease my inventions. It's all manual and oral.

BTW, the Teonaht below is an adaptation of a famous Welsh englyn from
the Red Book of Hergest. I hope your interest in Welsh will lead you
to study it and its literature in College someday.
