Je vois. Moi, je comprends *maintenant* maintenant. :-) Merci beaucoup. ObConlang: What do you call methods of referring to previous *sentences*? Is that a subcategory of deixis? And how are ways to handle sentences (or phrases) specifically? In English it seems to be the humdrum everyday "it" or "that," e.g. "I understand it now."
