Amazing the way these books pop up all over the place. ;) Well let's hope
it works! Ordinary chains are, as we all know, no guarantee against
Interdimensional Library Hold and Recall.  To prevent this, you need the
Eighth Level Faculty spell of Noncirculating Permanent Research Materials
