I was thinking that the recipe would have to be translated to make sense - i.e. using whatever tense is appropriate to the lang, regardless of what the original is, etc. I was also thinking of leaving some open spots in one of the recipes, so that favorite local veggies or ingredients could be listed. This way, we'd get several varieties of one soup. Aelya would have potatoes, but Tatra would have oraka, a taro-like root found in the swamps, and so on.
