Hm...no. I mean like IPA epsilon or whatever the little Greek e that looks
like a little backwards 3 is called =) damn I've forgotten everything I
once knew...=( that represents the sound of /e/ in /met/...but the
W. sound in question is like that, but lowered a bit. (Keep in mind I'm
out of touch with IPA standards that are current...they might have gone
and changed everything on me so for all I know hooktop heng now is the
symbol for voiced bilabial stop ;) )

Yes. Now as I mentioned earlier, if there is a second purpose (go to learn
to read), how to represent it?
