Nope, spelling is right.  What's odd about this phrase is that it's
part of "quamdiu bene gesserit" which is the law Latin version of what
in Anglo-American law is called "during good behavior", i.e. the
tenure of judges, who although appointed by the executive, cannot be
removed by the executive.
