Each of those represents a pair of accepted pronunciations,
actually. The four main options are /'tr&nzlejt/, /'tr&nslejt/,
/tr&nz'lejt/, and /tr&ns'lejt/. There are many reasons why it's
basically too late for phonetic spelling reform of English.

I don't see why English spelling conventions should make one whit of
difference in the quality of your conlangs . . .
