Which is something I most emphatically set it not to do. When the PDF file loads in-browser, I get only one page loaded at a time with apparently no caching whatever (making ordinary navigation a slow, slow process).

installed. You mean Acrobat is capable of actual Unicode unicode input, or just fonts? (I ask because the other PDF output programs I've used are completely ignorant to it, even other Adobe ones like Illustrator's). *Muke!
