Well, never argue with a native speaker......but... Dan's version sounded OK
to me, except for the "otro", which should precede. Colloquially you could
probably even omit the future/voy a... altogether: "te como el otro ojo".
I've always had the impression that Spanish avoids use of the personal
possessives with body parts: me duele la cabeza 'my head hurts'; Juan se
rompió la pierna 'Juan broke his (own) leg' vs. Juan rompió su pierna 'Juan
broke his (the other guy's) leg'-- but even there my non-native feeling
would opt for: Juan le rompió la pierna. Pues, ¿quién sabe?.
