OK, here goes...
Norwegian (Bokmål):
-------------------
Hvis du kaller meg for sinnssyk en gang til, så skal jeg spise det andre
øyet ditt.
[Taliesin or any other native speaker, please correct if necessary.]
Jameld:
-------
Eöx ye nimen dëvo ime yeck, me tsald mesten yeü uthi iy.
(lit. If you call again me mad, I shall eat your other eye.)
Jameld (Börgeslant dialect):
----------------------------
Ex the nimen dëv' ime yeck, me tsal' meste yeyt uthit igh.
(Note 'the'=thou; this dialect retains some gender features: 'igh' is
neuter, hence the neuter endings on the preceding adjectives.)
[If there are any native Jameld-speakers reading this, please let me know,
as I must have drifted into an alternative universe.]
NB: t-s ligatures now appear as just ts in emails, so "tsald" above should
be read /Sald/.
Hauf,
Jamets
