This one came out OK when I "sent to browser" (in Eudora I just get
garbage), but many others didn't even when sending to browser (and my
browser is Opera, the best Unicode-aware browser around). As as been said
before, the Listserv also does its own mangling, and not everything goes
through in unscathed.
I would like to use a Unicode-aware mail client, but Eudora is the only
mail client I found which is free for Windows, handles IMAP correctly,
doesn't crash and lose my mail every ten minutes, and isn't a security
black hole ;))) . So I gave up the Unicode support, finding the other
conditions more important for my sanity :))) . Moreover, I like the Eudora
look and feel. If only they could work on handling Unicode instead of
adding stupid options like Mood Watcher...

You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
