I'm sure the _Roman_ Catholic Church has. As for the _British_
Catholic Church; I don't know. They seem to be a bit laxer on
issues of marriage and sex, though.

There are a couple Catholic churches *there*, in communion with
Rome, as there are *here*. Of especial interest in IB is the
British Catholic Church, commonly known as the Kemrese Rite.
The Patriarch is at Glastein in the Province (of Dunein) and is
the Abbot of (Currently Unnamed) Church/Monestary. The structure
of the church is monastic. All the other Rites are *there* too
(Assyrian, Maronite, etc. - hopefully Mozarabic as well).
