IIRC "culero" means that too... (from "culo", I guess?)
Apropos:
Does anyone know the words to a little Spanish song? The original version
(this is what's lyrics I'm looking for) starts out:
Franco, Franco, que caro mas simpatico.
There was a spoof of this (if there are more words to it, I'd like to
know!) that went:
Franco, Franco, que tien el culo blanco
porque su mujer le lave con Ariel.
