I believe that Katanda meets your conditions. I've also recently
started preparing self-study lessons and audio (wav) files for the
drills. I am retired and work on the language almost daily, adding new
lessons and upgrading the dictionaries.
The language is designed to be an interlingua for machine translation
(and is actually being tested as such), but it is also quite
pronounceable, very easy to learn, and even more efficient than English,
even though it does not borrow roots from any natural language. Katanda
is isolating and has a powerful, self-segregating morphology.
The semantics of the language are more thoroughly and clearly discussed
than any artificial language I am aware of (Lojbanists and Loglanists
will probably disagree :-). The monograph that describes the semantics
can be found at:
http://www.srv.net/~ram/lexical_semantics.txt
or http://www.axxess.net/~ram/lexical_semantics.txt
The monograph also contains thorough descriptions of the phonology,
morphology, and syntax.
The language lessons, dictionaries, and audio files are available at:
http://www.srv.net/~ram/Katanda/
or http://www.axxess.net/~ram/Katanda/
I've only uploaded a few of the audio files because of their size. If
you need additional ones, let me know and I'll mail then directly to
you.
Best regards,
