Ed, man! Ed! Nah, I use vim, and some filters of my own devising, and of
course awk for larger (batch) changes, and python for cgi and Zope for the
really hairy dynamic-and-kitchensink-too stuff. The unix command-line
tools (cat, sort, grep etc.) are really nifty too of course, fastest way
to make a page will always be 'cat | txt2html > newfile.html'.
