Raw potatoes are toxic, but cooked ones are safe
to eat. There are a few tropical vegetables having
the same property.

Lettuce has low density (ratio of mass to volume).
I have already admitted in this thread that my
names of vegetables are not good. Maybe you can
come up with better names? By the way, the rules
