In Carashán it's simple:

Don'es lo domeilo, se plasea ao domeu?
where is the toilet, if pleases-3s to-the master?
Where's the toilet please?

However, since "domeilo" (literally "little house") can also mean "shed", you might get the answer:

Nu l'avemo, culón, acest'es un coveilo!
not it have-1p, arse, this is a apartment.
We don't have one, pillock, this is an apartment!

In some downmarket areas of Carasha City you may get this answer anyway, as quite
a few cheap apartments lack toilets.

I didn't actually have to look at my dictionary for this one, or the reply!
