Hangkerim has evolved in an alternative world history.  This is a world
where human history in the _Old World_ (Eurasia and Affrica) evolved as i=
t
did in our timeline, but in the Americas different kinds of civilizations
evolved with more advenced technologies than in OTL.  Before the great
contact, when Spaniards came to America guided by Columbus, none of the
sporadic contacts where enought to trigger a different history in Eurasia.

After the great contact, the American and Eurasian technologies, diseases=
,
world viewpoints, etc. where exchanged and many of the civilizations in t=
he
Americas survived.  Hangkerim being one of them.

This mean that stars are the same, and most of animals and plants... well=
,
some of the species in America that came extint in OTL did survive, like
some paking animals, while others could came extint or never appeared... =
the
details are not yet settled.
