Even in Leftpondia, "m" doesn't usually mean "mile"; "mile" is abbreviated
"mi", or else the unit is left off completely because it's implied (the
case on road signs).

Over here those are found in the occasional kitchen that has insufficient
or nonexistent built-in cabinetry/counters. I wouldn't call them "dressers",
though. :)
