A yahoo group of some sort would probably be the best plan for keeping
in touch with each other, but what about some webspace to display
whatever results? I've got oodles of space on my tripod account, so I
could play host for whatever anyone wants to display online.

I like the idea of IE level, or even before.
The other thing that I was thinking about is that this could almost pe a
perpetual project. Aidan supplies proto-language, someone creates a
daughter, someone else uses that daughter language to create yet another
daughter, etc. It's endless, and the history of this world could develop
along with our languages.
Alternately, we could treat Aidan's supplied language as a sort of
developed Proto-World, and each of us can do with it as we like.

But let's limit the phonological possiblities to those sounds that can
be produced by a human being (i.e., no alien languages, color languages,
multiple-harmonic tone languages, etc.).
