I'm fine either way. There's so much other traffic on the list it might
make it easer to keep track if this split off its own list. Maybe with
occasional progress reports for those interested but not involved. And, of
course, I would want to use the conlang list to ask questions about
language development to those who know more than I do (which is just
about everyone).
And what to call the project? I don't like

Setting it on Earth allows borrowings from natlangs. I kind of like the
alternate earth ideas people have mentioned, Allows pretty free play, but
we can import things if we feel the need.
