Perhaps my conlang Ithkuil meets your criteria. It is a philosophical
language that is certainly an "engelang" and, while "logical" in the
application of its principles, it is certainly not a "loglang" in the
narrow sense of being based on symbolic logic (i.e., the predicate
calculus). Henrik Theiling's Qthyn|gai language might also suffice.
